COVID-19 research in low and middle income countries
The outline agenda for this GloPID-R, UKCDR and COVID-19 Clinical Research Coalition online event is now available.
March 29 & 30, 2021 – 12 pm – 4 pm (BST) – Online event
The opening session will be introduced by GloPID-R Co-chair Prof. Charles Shey Wiysonge and will feature keynote speakers GloPID-R Chair Prof. Charu Kaushic, Chair of the SCOR Board, UKCDR, Prof. Peter Piot and Director of Africa CDC & COVID-19 Clinical Research Coalition member, Dr John Nkengasong.
The meeting will include four sessions over the two days:
- Clinical research networks & clinical research
- Health systems & indirect health impacts
- One Health
- Transmission
