Pandemic PACT Impact Survey Request

We’re reaching out to ask if you would kindly fill out the Pandemic PACT impact survey. As you are a key stakeholder for Pandemic PACT, your feedback will help us to make continual improvements to the Pandemic PACT programme and web platform as well as guide future directions. Examples of the programme’s impact will also be crucial in demonstrating the value of Pandemic PACT to our stakeholders.
The survey is designed for respondents with varying levels of familiarity with Pandemic PACT. Whether you work frequently with the programme or are less familiar with the it, your input is greatly appreciated.

Outbreak Pages Updates

Pandemic PACT’s outbreak pages feature regularly updated reports on the Marburg outbreak in Tanzania, H5N1 outbreak in North America, mpox outbreak in Africa, and Sudan Virus Disease outbreak in Uganda. Each page includes funding data visualisations for each disease to track how research funding aligns with global health priorities. Updates to the outbreak pages include:
• New on the mpox page – A policy roadmap visualisation mapping known grants and financial commitments to the WHO’s Mpox Virus: Immediate Research Next Steps to Contribute to Control the Outbreak report.
• New on the Marburg in Tanzania page – A research roadmap visualisation linking known grants and financial commitments to the WHO Filoviridae CORC’s research priorities from the Filoviridae CORC Marburg: Building Research Readiness for a Future Filovirus Outbreak report.
• New Sudan Virus Disease Outbreak in Uganda outbreak page – visualisations can be filtered by strain of Ebola Virus Disease (e.g. Sudan, Zaire, other).

Pandemic PACT Video Release

Pandemic PACT’s new introductory video has been released. It explains how the programme monitors funding for diseases with pandemic potential and broader research preparedness efforts, ready to pivot in response to outbreaks. You can watch the short video below.
