Dr. Erin Staples presented the interim data from the vaccine campaign carried in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) last year. Also, Aitana Juan updated the group on the progress of the MSF and KEMRI Wellcome Trust Research Programme (KWTRP) non-inferiority study that will compare the full dose of the prequalified vaccines to one-fifth fractional dosing, where the expected starting time is to be in July of this year.

The group had representatives in attendance from the Wellcome Trust, MSF, the European Commission, the Department for International Development, CDC, and INSERM.

Now that the yellow fever vaccine shortage is under control, the working group has wrapped up its activities and will remain available for future consultation.
