GloPID-R & UKCDR publish the latest iteration of the Living Mapping Review

This significant update provides a more in-depth analysis of the data from our COVID-19 Research Tracker and, for the first time, maps the projects against the research pillars and priorities identified in the United Nations Research Roadmap for the COVID-19 Recovery.

This invaluable tool now lists 15,500 research projects funded by more than 316 different research funders in nearly 160 different countries, representing an investment of at least $5.9 billion as of March 11, 2022.

As COVID-19 research funding continues to plateau, using the COVID-19 Research Project Tracker alongside the associated LMR allows researchers and funders across the globe to trace the latest COVID-19 research trends and gaps, making it possible to direct resources to research areas, locations and populations where there is the most unmet research need.
