European Research & Innovation Days hosted by the European Commission
European Research and Innovation Days is a completely virtual event taking place on June 23 and 24, 2021. This is the European Commission’s annual flagship R&I event, bringing together policymakers, researchers, entrepreneurs and the public to debate and shape the future of research and innovation in Europe and beyond.
This year marks the start of Horizon Europe, the most ambitious EU research and innovation programme ever and this will be a decisive moment to strengthen our European Research Area. The event is all about collaboration: bringing together individuals and experts from all areas to build connections and discuss and debate important R&I topics.
Of particular importance to GloPID-R members is the plenary session, COVID-19: lessons learnt, preparedness and resilience on Wednesday 23 June.
